Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified AP History Teacher to join our team of experienced educators. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and creating engaging learning experiences for our students.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with our curriculum standards.
  • Facilitate classroom discussions, promote critical thinking, and foster a love of learning in our students.
  • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine our curriculum, ensuring that it remains relevant and effective.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in education, incorporating innovative approaches and technologies into your teaching.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in History or a related field.
  • 2+ years of direct teaching experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
