Key Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls
  • Proficiency with one or more BAS platforms such as JCI, Delta, Andover, Schneider Electric, Trane, Automated Logic, Distech, or similar
  • Strong understanding of mechanical HVAC systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in BAS/BMS programming
  • Familiarity with BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus protocols
  • Knowledge of Tridium Niagara
