About the Role

Octave, a modern behavioral health practice, is seeking a skilled Licensed Clinician to join our team. As a Clinician, you will provide high-quality behavioral health care to our clients, working in a collaborative and client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide short-term, evidence-based therapies to adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns.
  • Develop and implement culturally responsive and culturally competent care plans.
  • Build and maintain strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
  • Deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive quality access and customize mental health treatment plans and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure in Oregon as a Licensed Mental Health Professional.
  • At least 1 year of post-license clinical experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with CBT, DBT, Unified Protocol, CPT, or PE, as well as working with Cigna and Aetna clients.
