Business Systems Specialist

Join Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation in our mission to provide culturally relevant health systems and achieve Native Self-Determination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through tracking and monitoring of open requests.
  • Deliver high-quality reports on a regular basis, as scheduled.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive end-user knowledge base through documentation, training, and support.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts on installation, maintenance, and other tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum two years of experience in healthcare finance and two years of experience working with information systems.
  • Significant experience with large databases and data analysis required.
  • Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
    • Working knowledge of finance systems and business applications, particularly Siemens MS4 and/or Cerner.
    • Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
    • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work in a high-pressure environment.
    • Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
    • Ability to run queries and perform data analysis.
