Job Overview
Enterprise Medical Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BE/BC Psychiatrist to join our team at an adult inpatient unit in southeastern Massachusetts. About the Role
As an inpatient psychiatrist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with complex psychiatric conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on group therapy, skill-building, recreation, and relaxation activities. Your expertise will help patients achieve optimal mental health outcomes and improve their overall quality of life.

Requirements
To be successful in this position, you must possess a strong foundation in psychiatry, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach. A valid medical license and board certification in psychiatry are essential. Experience working in inpatient settings is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
