We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team in Orlando, FL.

About the Role:

  • Present apartments to prospective clients in a professional and positive manner
  • Work closely with residential landlords to identify suitable tenants for their properties
  • Promote unoccupied properties through various marketing channels and advertising techniques
  • Evaluate client requirements and financial situations to create personalized presentations
  • Provide accurate information about the features and benefits of different properties
  • Verify application details and references to ensure seamless transactions
  • Negotiate leasing terms and finalize agreements
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and property conditions
  • Maintain high standards of property maintenance and conduct regular inspections
  • Achieve sales goals and develop strong closing skills

Requirements:

  • You must be fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with the real estate market and relevant laws, including the Fair Housing Act is essential
  • Excellent communication and listening skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and tenants
  • You should be able to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments
  • Conflict resolution skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively are crucial
  • A basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite is necessary
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills will help you succeed in this role
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales techniques is highly valued
  • Superior customer service skills are essential for success in this position
