Responsibilities and Requirements

As an inpatient Occupational Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating patients' needs and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing comprehensive therapy services to patients, including evaluation, treatment, and education
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and billing records

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and be licensed by the Kentucky State Board of Occupational Therapy. You should also be able to work a minimum of 1 weekend every 4 weeks.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes tuition assistance, company-paid maternity and paternity leave, and more.
