Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients, developing a treatment plan and setting goals for their recovery.
  • Complete documentation according to national and state regulations, hospital policies, and departmental guidelines.
  • Assist with the education of students, staff, and the community, promoting our mission of compassionate care and advanced techniques.
  • Delegate to and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Participate in departmental operational planning, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Meet the needs of patients with impaired mental abilities, vision, hearing, or mobility, providing tailored support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current License by the Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy.
  • BLS certification within 90 days.

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
