Customer Success Advocate

The Customer Success Advocate is a key member of the AZ Sales Group team, responsible for fostering strong relationships with current customers and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct communication and sales efforts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong customer orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional service
