Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service to donors, ensuring a positive experience and promoting a sense of community and social responsibility.
- Receive and process donations in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to Goodwill's quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized donation area, adhering to Goodwill's safety and health standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading donations, as needed.
- Perform other related duties, as assigned.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with diverse populations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.
