We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at New Bridge Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing education to patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey.
- One year of medical-surgical experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and IV certification required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate's or better in Registered Nurse.
- IV Therapy certification.
- BLS certification.
This position requires frequent prolonged standing and walking. The Registered Nurse will be required to lift, position, push, and/or transfer clothing worn, including face shields, gloves, and impermeable gowns.
