Job Overview

Position Summary

Centurion Managed Care is excited to announce our collaboration with the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction to deliver healthcare services in a newly established Long-Term Acute Care Unit.

We are in search of a Healthcare Technician to become a vital part of our dedicated team.

The Healthcare Technician operates under the close supervision of nursing staff to provide direct care to patients residing in an LTAC/LTC facility. Key responsibilities encompass assisting patients with personal hygiene, feeding, dressing, transfers, daily living activities, and monitoring vital signs. Compliance with NC DAC and Centurion policies and procedures is mandatory.

Required Qualifications

  • Certification as Nurse Aide II or Nurse Aide I in North Carolina; Nurse Aide II is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of full-time experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Capability to secure a security clearance, including a criminal background investigation.

Shift Details

Night Shift - One 12-hour night shift required.
