About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our Radiology team at Fairview Health Services. As a key member of our imaging team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients and physicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform examinations and identify relevant data from images accurately.
  • Communicate pertinent data clearly to the appropriate healthcare professional.
  • Participate in crafting a culture of patient safety and demonstrate knowledge of emergency preparedness.
  • Verify patient identification and documentation, and connect with and educate patients regarding pertinent information during all aspects of the exam.
  • Achieve quality diagnostic images through accurate patient positioning and use of technical factors according to protocol.
Requirements
  • ARRT Certification/Registration
  • Basic Lifesaving Skills (BLS) - from American Red Cross or American Heart Association and current before hire date
  • Preferred: 1 year experience as a technologist
