Job Description

ProCare Therapy is seeking a certified Behavior Analyst to support students with their behavior intervention plans in a collaborative school setting.

  • Assessment: Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Implementation: Develop and oversee behavior modification programs to address specific issues.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Training: Train and support staff, caregivers, and clients on behavior management strategies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Education: Masters degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
  • Certification: Pass the BCBA certification exam administered by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience: Complete supervised fieldwork or an internship as required by the BACB.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, data collection, and intervention techniques.
