Are you passionate about enhancing the communication abilities of children? Tilly is seeking committed and empathetic Speech Language Pathologists or SLPAs to join our team in an educational environment.


This role is fulfilling — you will play a crucial part in a child's support network and witness the positive changes you facilitate in their lives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored services to a diverse population of K – 12th grade students, addressing their specific needs and developmental milestones.
  • Evaluate and assist students in areas of speech, articulation, fluency, and language growth, using a comprehensive approach to enhance their communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively with classroom educators and other staff to implement focused interventions, ensuring a unified strategy for student advancement.
  • Conduct assessments and generate detailed reports that highlight strengths and areas for improvement, focusing on voice, speech, and fluency to guide effective decision-making.
  • Create individualized treatment plans with a child-centered perspective, taking into account the unique circumstances of each student and their family.
  • Actively engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing insights and recommendations to support students' communication objectives.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations, ensuring the privacy and security of sensitive information related to children and their families.
Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
  • Valid California Speech Language Pathology Therapy (SLP) or SLPA license.
  • Experience in a clinical or educational setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
