Compensation and Benefits:

Your Role as a Pediatric Rehabilitation Specialist:
As a vital member of our clinical team, you will provide exceptional therapy services aimed at helping children achieve their functional goals. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and educate patients, families, and caregivers on how to facilitate their progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Satisfaction: Maintain a 95% positive satisfaction rate through random surveys.
- Goal Achievement: Ensure that 80% of proposed goals are met during re-evaluations.
- Efficiency: Achieve 100% of billable hours as outlined in your employment agreement.
- Attendance: Maintain a 90% or higher arrival rate during scheduled hours.
- Timely Documentation: Complete 100% of daily documentation within 24 hours of patient visits and all evaluations/re-evaluations/progress reports within 48-72 hours.
Required Qualifications:
- College degree and active PT license
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in pediatric physical therapy is advantageous
