Job Description:

SNOHC is seeking a skilled Insurance Coding Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their billing needs, processing insurance claims, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, following up with clients, and communicating with healthcare providers to resolve billing issues.

Average Salary Range for this position in the United States is $50,000 - $75,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process insurance claims through private insurance and Medicaid/Medicare/Medicare Advantage.
  • Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Communicate with clients and healthcare providers to resolve billing issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and billing activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
