Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Claims Processor to join our team at Behavioral Health Associates PLLC. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of medical claims, maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process incoming medical claims from various payers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of provider credentialing, licensing, and insurance information
  • Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies, working closely with healthcare providers to ensure prompt payment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Utilize Microsoft Office skills in Word and Excel to analyze data, create reports, and maintain spreadsheets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in medical billing, insurance, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Nevada insurance regulations and requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
