  • Meet sales targets and performance metrics while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions and alternatives.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
  • Follow established communication procedures and guidelines to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven work experience in a customer-facing role or sales support position.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and motivate others.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $18.00.
  • Full-time schedule with 40 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm schedule.
