Key Responsibilities:
This role involves conducting audit procedures during moderately complex audit engagements for various Lines of Business (LOBs). The primary duties include designing and implementing audit tests to assess the control environment, evaluating issues for their business implications, and recommending severity ratings under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Develop and execute audit strategies that ensure effective risk-based auditing, defining the audit scope and program while utilizing automation and innovative techniques for timely and high-quality results.
  • Identify control weaknesses, engage with line management, and propose recommendations for control improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, particularly line management, to enhance business understanding.
  • Evaluate the impact on business processes, controls, and strategies, providing insights on severity ratings.
  • Utilize sound judgment to effectively influence management in enhancing the control environment while expanding knowledge of products, business operations, and technical aspects.
  • Enhance skills in utilizing innovative tools to conduct audit activities more efficiently.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of auditing experience in finance, internal audit, or public accounting, ideally within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in Internal Audit Review and Risk Management.
  • Proficient in Technical Documentation and Automation.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and issue management skills.
  • Project management capabilities and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with treasury and/or digital products.
