Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to comprehend complex subject matter and regulatory requirements, developing testing programs to ensure compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with management while maintaining independence.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA.
  • Experience in financial statement auditing and consulting.
