Job Overview

BIC Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Field Project Manager to oversee and run the daily operations on a jobsite, ensuring the work is performed effectively, efficiently, on-time and in a safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily flow sheets and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Forecast work requirements and coordinate equipment pickup to minimize downtime
  • Upload and submit daily photos and paperwork to maintain accurate records
  • Conduct regular inspections and meetings to ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations
  • Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, general contractors, customers, and other personnel to determine project requirements and specifications

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in the industrial sector, with knowledge of HRSG, turbines, and compressor boilers
  • Preferred college degree in a technical field or engineering field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to liaise with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and laborers
  • OSHA 30 certification and experience with EH&S government regulations
