Speech-Language Pathologist Position Overview

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district near Statesville, North Carolina. This full-time position involves providing in-person therapy services, conducting evaluations, and developing individualized education plans (IEPs).

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to students.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify communication needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored IEPs to support student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure effective support.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current North Carolina SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
