Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for full-time positions in a school district. These roles offer the opportunity to work across elementary and middle school levels, providing speech and language therapy to students.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy to elementary and middle school students.
  • Conduct evaluations and assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in developing and implementing therapy plans.
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs.
  • Work onsite, full-time, from Monday to Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
Qualifications
  • Valid SLPA license or certification in North Carolina.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under the supervision of an SLP.
  • Commitment to providing therapy services onsite and assisting with evaluations and therapy plans.
