Position Overview

At OneWater Inc, our Procurement Specialists are dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction while meeting or surpassing sales volume and profit targets through established sales methodologies as part of a cohesive team. This role is classified as exempt.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adheres to effective broker protocols, ensuring timely documentation to provide customers with an exceptional purchasing experience.
  • Employs OneWater broker resources, including CRM systems, for consistent follow-ups and outreach to both prospective and existing clients.
  • Secures essential documentation to initiate the broker process, along with confirmed pricing and signed agreements.
  • Oversees the progression of products through service, from inspection to delivery.
  • Maintains regular communication with sellers to sustain interest.
  • Finalizes transactions with thorough documentation.
  • Actively engages in Boat Shows, in-store promotions, and customer-focused events.
Qualifications & Expectations
  • Possesses a commitment to continuous learning, developing and sustaining a comprehensive understanding of products, market trends, and industry standards, while obtaining OneWater Buyer/Broker Certifications.
  • Establishes and nurtures positive client relationships to enhance customer loyalty, boost referrals, and improve the dealer's reputation.
  • Encourages collaboration, supporting fellow team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Focuses on customer satisfaction, both internally and externally.
  • Achieves or surpasses sales unit and revenue objectives.
  • Effectively utilizes sales tools, including OneWater Buyer/Broker Processes and CRM systems.
  • Meets the requirements for OneWater Buyer/Broker Certifications.
  • Exhibits excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Demonstrates self-discipline, motivation, and organizational skills.
  • Occasionally lifts up to 10 lbs.
  • Engages in seated work, stooping, and climbing as necessary.
