Human Resources and Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Insight Global seeks a seasoned Talent and Operations Manager to lead HR functions and oversee technology, accounting, and day-to-day studio operations for an architectural and interior design client.
Responsibilities
- Human Resources:
- Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of staff and consultants.
- Process payroll and liaise with payroll provider.
- Act as point person for employee relations and support; answer questions/resolve issues ranging from payroll and benefits to medical and parental leave to organizational policies.
- Oversee performance management process.
- Address performance issues.
- Support the professional development of team members.
- With the Partners, promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement that values transparency and open team-member communication.
Technology:
- Ensure that staff have access to the technology they need, and make recommendations when warranted.
- Oversee outsourced IT function and ensure technology uptime.
Accounting:
- Oversee AR/AP bookkeeper and provide regular financial reports to the partners.
- Monthly invoice process.
- Sales tax on services, for services and goods sold across multiple US states and countries.
- Oversee Decorative/Interiors Inventory procurement & sale process, via Studio Design software.
Studio Operations:
- Oversee receptionist/office manager.
- Serve as liaison with building management.
Legal:
- Review of project contracts as it relates to invoicing process and billing cycle.
- Ensure compliance with insurance and professional licensure requirements of projects.
- Oversight of required reporting related to Florida and New York incorporation.
Requirements:
Must have qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist or related role.
- Exceptional multi-tasker, able to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Excellent interpersonal communicator, able to manage up and down and have difficult conversations with team members when needed.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit; able to create structure out of ambiguity and solve problems on own initiative.
- Thrives in a fast-paced growth environment; adaptive, optimistic, resourceful.
- Able to maintain strict attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.

Experience in an architecture or design firm.

An architectural and interior design client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Talent and Operations Manager to join their growing team This is a direct-hire position working onsite in Pensacola, FL with some flexibility.
The Talent and Operations Manager will lead HR functions and oversee technology, accounting, and day-to-day studio operations.
Salary range (based on experience): $75,000.00-95,000.00
Must be willing to go onsite in Pensacola, FL.
Must be able to work on W2 without sponsorship now and in the future.
