Overview

The Equity Alliance is a leading Black-led organization in Tennessee, dedicated to building independent Black political and economic power. We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Strategist to join our team.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $45,000-$52,000 per year, based on experience. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as unlimited paid time off and a generous holiday schedule.

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic thinker who can develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan that targets multiple stakeholder audiences. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills, a keen eye for visual content, and proficiency across social media platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Good eye for visual content and ability to effectively present information
  • Proficiency across social media platforms
Work Environment

This is a full-time exempt position with a 3-month probationary period. You will be required to work in our N. Nashville office at least 3 days per week. Travel may be required for events and stakeholder meetings.
