Job Title: Structural and Payload Design Engineer

We are seeking a talented Structural and Interior Payload Systems Engineer to join our team at ICONMA, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and modify structural and interior payload system and component designs.
  • Integrate analytical and test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.
  • Manage supplier development, test, and production activities, coordinating with suppliers to optimize design and achieve program goals.
  • Develop new design/analysis processes and tools to improve the effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of the development effort.
  • Investigate emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements.
  • Document system requirements and designs, providing product definitions to other engineering groups, production operations, suppliers, and external customers.
Required Skills:
  • Ability to Obtain and Maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
  • Proficiency in 3-D CAD tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in managing supplier development, test, and production activities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop new design/analysis processes and tools
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and future product design concepts
Education and Experience:

Advanced technical education in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (STEM) (e.g., Bachelor's degree)

Candidates must Hold or have the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance to be considered.
