Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
    • Coach and support associates to ensure they meet established brand and hotel standards.
  • Food and Beverage Quality
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
    • Ensure that all food and beverage outlets and services meet health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service
    • Interact with guests to obtain feedback on quality of service and food.
    • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary supplies are maintained.
    • Monitor and control liquor inventory and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and report any malfunctions to maintenance.
  • Sustainability and Safety
    • Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to our hotel's environmental program.
    • Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or banquet setting, coupled with food service background at the server level.
  • Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory controls.
  • Experience with point of sales systems, preferably Micros.
Work Environment

This role requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and reaching. A flexible schedule, including varied shifts, holidays, and weekends, is required.
