Key Responsibilities:- Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Plan and execute meaningful events that engage residents and foster a sense of community, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Build brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared for community, driving resident satisfaction and retention.
- Generate awareness and interest through social media, showcasing the unique aspects of our community and services.
- Encourage happy customers to share their experiences on social networking sites, amplifying our reputation and attracting new residents.
- Organize and maintain front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators, ensuring seamless operations and resident convenience.
- Work weekends or evenings depending on the shift, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- A competitive hourly rate of $20-$22 per hour, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation.
