Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
- Stock and maintain a visually appealing store display, including merchandise and promotional materials.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; commercial apprenticeship or professional experience in retail preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
