Nexus Innovations is seeking a highly skilled Nursing Specialist to join our team as a Practical Instructor.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our training programs and provide guidance to our nursing staff. As a Practice Instructor, you will be responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating practical training sessions to ensure our nurses receive the highest quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff
  • Conduct regular training sessions and provide feedback to participants
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of training programs
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure they meet the required standards

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a Registered Nurse
  • Further education as a Practice Instructor
  • Several years of professional experience in a nursing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
