- Current licensure as a Prescriber in Oklahoma.
- Current DEA Number preferred.
- Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Experience working with diverse populations and in a community mental health setting.
