Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team at Primary Health Partners. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care services to our patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and management of chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population
- Conduct routine check-ups, health screenings, and physical examinations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds
- Licensed or ability to be licensed in the state of Oklahoma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
