Job Title: Program Acquisition Analyst III

Patricio Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Program Acquisition Analyst III to join our team. As a key member of our acquisition team, you will be responsible for providing cost, schedule, performance, and risk analysis support to the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND), Advanced and Emerging Threat Defense Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of programs in meeting established cost, schedule, and performance goals and measures.
  • Review and analyze financial, narrative, and statistical reports and program data to identify significant findings and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in discussions, meetings, conferences, and conference calls with agency administrative, subject matter experts, and technical personnel to gain information, present conclusions, and recommend actions.
  • Utilize automated information systems to input, review, monitor, and analyze financial data and project performance.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify and resolve potential funding shortfalls and ensure compliance with programmatic guidance.
  • Prepare budget estimates and program spend plans regarding assigned projects for overall program development.
  • Evaluate and verify financial estimates and technical data for reasonableness with respect to program and project requirements.
  • Leverage dashboards and develop spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to convey pertinent data.
  • Advise management and project teams on fiscal targets and constraints to facilitate risk-informed decisions and program execution.
  • Monitor acquisition program execution and milestones, and communicate programmatic issues, concerns, and status to program leadership.
  • Support the management of multi-year funding and spend plans, including determining financial discrepancies and funds that should be returned.
Requirements:
  • 3 or more years of experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
