Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Access Control: Authorize and direct incoming and outgoing traffic, ensuring that all individuals and vehicles are properly screened and cleared.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all security-related activities, including incidents, accidents, and security breaches.
  • Communication: Respond to incoming calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance and support as needed.
  • Facility Security: Conduct regular inspections of the facility, including the gates, grounds, and plant, to ensure that all security protocols are being followed.
  • Weather Alert: Monitor weather conditions and alert the facility of any potential threats or hazards.
  • Lab Support: Deliver lab plates to the cooler on weekends, ensuring that all samples are properly stored and handled.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Alarm & Security Systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, visitors, and customers.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear steel-toe shoes or boots.
  • Compliance: Familiarity with GMPs and Safety protocols, with the ability to follow all relevant regulations and procedures.
Benefits
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $21.03.
  • Shift Schedule: Weekend 12-hour shifts, rotating every other weekend.
