Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to promote students' academic, physical, and social development
- Provide instruction in small and large groups, utilizing data to inform instruction and drive student achievement
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) to address students' behavioral and social needs
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to ensure seamless student progress
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in special education and apply this knowledge to improve student outcomes
