#### Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve nutritious meals to our residents, including children, in accordance with all health and safety regulations
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all sanitation standards and procedures
* Assist volunteers in meal preparation and ensure their efforts meet all health and safety requirements
* Work closely with other shelter staff to ensure residents complete their chores and duties to a high standard
* Accept and manage donations, including inventory control and storage

#### Requirements

* High School Degree or equivalent
* ServSafe Certified in Maryland
* Self-starter with effective interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
* Experience working with homeless or at-risk populations preferred
* Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Valid State of Maryland driver's license and transportation preferred
