Job Title: Hardware Engineering Specialist

Salary:$120,000 - $160,000 per year

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware engineering with a focus on component reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement component engineering processes to ensure design integrity and hardware robustness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate component requirements into product designs
  • Analyze and resolve component-related issues to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and emerging technologies to drive innovation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in hardware engineering with a focus on component reliability
  • Extensive knowledge of EEEE device types, construction, operation, and failure analysis
  • Strong project leadership, presentation, and decision-making skills
