Range Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Banking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial lending department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with small business owners and entrepreneurs, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong network of contacts and relationships within the community.
- Loan Origination: Analyze loan requests, work with credit analysts and portfolio managers to evaluate creditworthiness, and coordinate loan closings.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Community Involvement: Participate in community organizations and activities, promoting Range Bank's brand and building relationships with local businesses and professionals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with branch staff to promote and cross-sell banking products and services, and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to achieve business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in commercial lending and customer service.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a financial institution as a commercial loan officer, knowledge of loan documentation, credit analysis, and laws and regulations affecting the banking industry.
