We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Help Desk Technician to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computer systems and software, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Monitor and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner
  • Document all incidents and occurrences using clear and concise notes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of networking technologies and computer systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • O365, Active Directory, and Salesforce experience
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
  • Ability to pass a background check
