Job Description

At ADM, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of maintenance technicians to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Operations personnel to ensure schedule compliance and plant reliability
  • Communicate daily schedule to technicians with expectations for their job tasks
  • Conduct progress checks throughout the shift to ensure jobs are completed safely and on time
  • Coach and mentor technicians on work performance and take corrective action as needed
  • Review completed work orders and create follow-up work orders as necessary
  • Implement projects to improve equipment reliability and participate in the Weekly Scheduling meeting
  • Ensure all jobs are safely released to Operations and maintain proper housekeeping standards
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of trades classifications and functions
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Suite software
  • Ability to manage and lead effective meetings
  • Ability to coach and mentor personnel
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires standing for long periods, lifting 50 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
