  • Assist with the estimation and planning of software development tasks and projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Manage the backlog of user requests, plan resources, and apply agile framework to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements in a predictable manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent in Business Administration or related field) is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous supervisory/project management experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development using Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in SharePoint C#, .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
  • Proven experience in architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue).
  • Experience in administering and developing extensions around the Aras PLM applications.
  • Experience in data analytics tools like Alteryx, Talend, etc.
  • Deep understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies, design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, such as Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and related technologies.
