Job Title: Nia Mechanic Shop Technician

At Rose Acre Farms, we are seeking a skilled Nia Mechanic Shop Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections and diagnostic tests to determine vehicle condition.
  • Perform preventive maintenance schedules, install component and part upgrades, and control corrosion.
  • Correct vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle records by annotating services and repairs.
  • Ensure shop equipment is operating efficiently by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, and performing preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment at all times.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English.
  • Previous knowledge or experience in gas or diesel equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs on a daily basis.
  • Highly organized and able to work without continuous direct supervision.
  • Flexible schedule with occasional late nights and weekends.
  • Strong sense of safety and ability to maintain a 100% smoke-free environment.
Work Environment:
  • Ability to work in an agricultural environment, indoors, outdoors, office, warehouse, processing, and farm production areas.
  • Ability to work in an open office setting.
  • Professionalism with coworkers.
