Job Details

Area Cooperative Educational Services (ACES) is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of ABA Trainer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering dynamic, high-quality educational services to individuals aged 3-22 with diagnoses of autism and/or other related developmental disorders.

Job Summary

The ABA Trainer will be responsible for teaching students in 1:1 and small group settings across a variety of skill and content areas. You will facilitate discrete trial instruction, natural environment training, and other evidence-based practices to increase a student's independent functioning and academic skills while decreasing challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualified applicants will possess a high school diploma and have the desire to have a positive impact on the lives of individuals in a dynamic learning environment. Supervision and support will be provided by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a certified Special Education teacher.
