Description

ACES' Autism Programs are seeking dedicated individuals to work as full-time ABA Trainers. As a frontline instructor, you will teach students in 1:1 and small group settings across various skill and content areas.

You will facilitate discrete trial instruction, natural environment training, and other evidence-based practices to increase a student's independent functioning and academic skills while decreasing challenging behaviors.

Our ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and have a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of individuals in a dynamic learning environment.

This is a 10-month position with 208 paid days, including 12 paid holidays and 18 paid workdays during the Extended School Year summer school.

Training & Supervision Provided

We offer comprehensive training, including:

  • ACES ASSIST training, which includes behavior de-escalation and physical management strategies and protocols.
  • 40 hours of training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in alignment with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Supervision and support provided by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a certified Special Education teacher.
