Key Responsibilities

* Understand the needs of global financial institutions as it relates to commercial loan pricing, treasury pricing, deposits, and other income
* Work with multiple engineering teams to create features and functionality that deliver best-in-class opportunities for relationship managers and accountholders
* Meet directly with customers, software engineers, and sales and success leadership to ensure we are prioritizing the most extensible and innovative initiatives for our business
* Use your expert knowledge of commercial pricing and profitability, the financial industry, and our business to improve our product
* Collaborate with others in the organization to create and defend a strategy and roadmap for the core business of PrecisionLender
* Determine what success looks like for a project and tie it back to company goals
* Listen to client needs and act on them
* Partner closely with engineering to understand technical trade-offs and with UX to understand user trade-offs
* Proactively identify patterns, trends, and opportunities as it relates to PrecisionLender
* Perform research, communicate value and vision, and track the success of initiatives

What We're Looking For

* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a minimum of 12 years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent related work experience
* 7+ years of relevant SaaS or Financial Services experience relating to Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Ownership, or Software Engineering
* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in commercial pricing and profitability
* A desire to lead as a senior member of the team
* Understanding of the SDLC process and the ability to work in an agile environment with bi-weekly releases
* Experience working with Jira, Aha, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint
