The City of Coral Springs, FL is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at the Center for the Arts. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our patrons and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform janitorial work, including cleaning and maintaining floors, furniture, and equipment
  • Operate various cleaning equipment and tools, such as vacuums, mops, and polishers
  • Restock supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning materials
  • Assist with special events and setup/breakdown of facilities
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs to building equipment and furniture
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure facility is safe and well-maintained

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Janitorial experience preferred
  • Valid Florida Driver License required
