Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the client intake process while ensuring effective communication with clients, staff, and volunteers.
  • Supervise pantry functions and organize volunteer efforts.
  • Keep precise records and documentation of donations and client data.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients facing complex challenges.
  • Foster a welcoming environment and provide culturally sensitive services to a diverse clientele.
  • Assist with client events and perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service abilities and experience working with individuals with diverse needs.
  • Proven experience in volunteer management and program coordination.
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful with strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, including the ability to provide translation services.
  • Proficient in computer use and capable of accurate data entry.
  • Demonstrated cultural competency and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Compensation: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
