This role is designed for those who enjoy being on the move. Our field technicians typically depart on Monday mornings and return home by Thursday evenings.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This position involves executing a range of specialized and unique tasks to install and maintain our products in various locations. You will engage with clients to address service requests and resolve issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assess customer issues off-site and take necessary actions to rectify warranty and service-related problems.
  • Investigate the root cause of failures through thorough analysis, documentation, and reporting on field service activities.
  • Conduct inspections of products post-service to identify any additional potential failures.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with the services rendered.
  • Provide guidance to customers on the correct usage and upkeep of our products.
  • Maintain detailed logs and records of repair activities.
  • Complete and manage essential field service documentation.
  • Track and submit travel expenses for managerial approval.
  • Inspect and care for company tools and equipment utilized for field repairs.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; two to four years of relevant experience or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints and maintenance instructions.

Proficient in writing reports and correspondence, with the ability to effectively communicate with management, clients, and team members.

Must possess a valid driver's license and passport, and be able to pass a criminal background check.
